Lean living is about being happy and fulfilled, living more effectively with less.
Lean Living will make you healthier, happier and will improve your ability to work and play harder.
Practical advice for Lean living
Eat less: don’t have more on your plate than you are going to eat.
Buy less: buy less of everything.
Want less: Avoid branded goods unless you know they add real value. Decide what you really want, you will want other stuff less
Exercise more: walking is a beginning, alternate one day intensive one day active.
I've been working on this lean living thing for the last six years and I can honestly say its helped change my life. Whether you are looking to be green or just trying to live more frugally and get control of your finances it has a lot to offer.
