Positioning to POP for 2010
Learning to change with ever-changing times is a hard reality, that if you don't do it, you quickly sink.
I am agile enough to know to always keep my eyes wide open, and ear to the ground.
When the recession hit, my clients had been all national vendors. When the bidding wars got bloody, I decided it wasn't worth the fight. It got so bad, I was being asked to run a job at a loss. I did not flex or succumb. I stood steadfast with my armor thru the storm. And guess what? I'm still standing.
I am a new small business that survived the largest recession since the Great Depression. I learned how to transition my entire client base from national to local. And with the development of strategic "packaging," am a very excited being, as I put the finishing touches on my first masterpiece.
Rest assured I will whoosh the area with my fantastic offering, designed for the small business, to help them to increase their own sales. Who doesn't want to make more money?
Stay tuned. 2010 is going to be the year for my company, On A Dime Installations.
With the new music venue and coffee house (OPMusichouse.org) ramping up to raise awareness and help mainstream help for domestic violence and family abuse victims, I guarantee all will feel my wrath and vengeance in my missions.
Please see the article published this month of where I came from, what I'm doing, and where I'm going, in WNY Woman in WNY, Winter 2009.
Those within an eye-shot or ear-shot of me can feel my excitement, I practically tremble with emotion because I feel so strongly about all that's going on in my life right now, the knowledge to know the type of help people need by bearing the thorns, and the willingness to be that person to pick up a fallen brother or sister, rather than walk by.
All who are with me will progress with me. I will advertise for every name, product and service that I believe in (and will make note of those who didn't).
I am going to be in the scene in 2010 - Suzanne Perry, On A Dime, and OP Music House are going to be terms at dinner tables in Western and Central New York. I am being told that it will be a movement, we will see about that. But for now, fasten your seatbelts peers, friends, and alliances, because I am focused and very determined!
