I would like to share with mom's and dad's the benefits of Yoga style modalities. I am a teacher of Core Conditioning and KinaNima-a fitness and spiritual method. I have recently introduced KinaNima to children with great success. A child who is either, overly shy or overly active can enjoy a Yoga-like class. And, best of all-children are still flexible. Their muscles easily move into positions that open up the power centers of the body. Parents who have introduced their children to KinaNima have noticed that their children seem to be more relaxed, happier and content.

Most of my KinaNima practice is adult. We work to discover our own range of flexibiliy. We are proud of our abilites and achievements. But, we all know that if we had begun and continued a practice of Kina Nima when we were children-we would all be more successful adults.

Kina Nima teaches the student to honor where he/she is at the moment. But, we can't help to wonder what Kina Nima might have done for us if we started our practice ealier.
