So i stood at the stove at 12  ingredients in hand to cook a tomato and basil soup! Not too difficult sprung to mind as i began boiling and cooking the mixture! Until i burnt the onions! Then i had to use the hand blender! It went everywhere! It covered me the kitchen floor and the units! Thinking that that the burnt oinion colour would disappear after blending i was surprised to witness the black bits floating around in my tomoato soup! Forgot to buy basil so it simply became burnt onion and tomato soup! Oh well it tasted fine!

Later i decided to cook the chicken and white wine stew! That is currently simmering away in the oven - so will update later on how delightful that is as i used cheap wine!
