further indicators of the uncertainty and potential for the end
days?

Yes, the earth spins and we observe thousands, perhaps
millions of stars and galaxies out there. Bright lights, clouds,
smog, uncertainty.

Are we destroying mother earth with our industry, use of
chemicals. Are we forgetting why we are here in the first
place never mind trying to be the first in some unknown
galaxy light years away?

Has Mother Earth just about run out of time? Rain becomes
tears, warm becomes cold. Young turn to old.  And neither
science, nor the church nor all us writers combined have a
final and capable answer of where things are really going
and what to expect.

So "Eat your wheaties..." mother says to Tommy. And
Tommy replies ..."but Mom, what about my trip to outer space?"  To which, mother says: " Guess it'll just have to
wait..."
