Be a mother-
The women of the world would have more of an incentive in this society to take there role and duty of being mother more rewarding-why ? 
Because if they were told by there family,there sister's, aunt's, mother's and/or grand  mother's. If they had children and stuck around to be a good mother,show unconditional love and nuturing morals. What is the reward ?
