In preparation ~for my Dental surgery this morning~which i anticipated most of the night~I **think** i am ready~*S*

   I woke  up early ~ opened all the windows ~and listened to the birds *chirping*~ and looked at the beautiful sunshine ~ and thought~ what a wonderful day it is going to be today~   I wont let  some little ~*dental surgery*~  spoil the   day for me~ but only  let it become a *dark  cloud*  for a second ~Then go on with my day~

  I am going to run a nice bath~ with some *Elevyn Crabtree* bath wash and relax in the tub for a while ~  before heading out to the Dentist Office~Maybe that will help ~since it will be the second time  ~ *S*

   Ill bring along a nice book to read while i am waiting~and maybe~ i can listen to some music on the ipod~*For the perfect distraction*~

  Have i convinced anyone   yet~     that i am not *as scared* as i was yesterday and the day before and the day before that one  ??

 Well~ i am desperately trying to convince myself  ~*S*

 But i suppose~ in the  real world    ~ That is one of the things that has to be taken care of~ and people are doing it every day ~Getting dental work done  ~Well ~not my *Favourite Thing*  so to speak~ *S*

  But the day goes on~ and on i go **SHIVER SHIVER*~  Wish me luck~
