This is my first blog, but I promise will not be my last. I have been through many things in my life. Abandoned, neglected, abused, molested, incarcerated, addicted and other issues. However; that said, I do not use my past as a compass for my future. It has in fact ended with ME.

All the behaviors I was taught were normal, the sick twisted definition of love I grew up with, the behaviors that all but destroyed me are a thing of the past. I have a new purpose!

Today I want others to know, no matter what you have been told, no matter how far down you have fallen, you can HEAL. No it isn't easy, but it is so worth it. Be the MIRACLE you were meant to be, shine brightly, love deeply, and laugh loudly!!!

In my book "It Ends With ME" I speak with brutal honesty of my experiences, what happened, and how I found freedom. However I believe my obligation is an everyday thing, that every day I spend helping others, actually takes me further from the darkness I used to live in. Therefore I will try to write here daily, spreading hope and healing to others, while reading what others write looking for the diamonds in their words.

Remember, our most valuable resource is our children. Let's come together as a planet and make a difference. We must never stop until no child associates the words I LOVE YOU with pain.
