Old Soul

~I have a little visitor~    A little   Brownish~*  Squirrel* ~On the back deck~ I noticed it yesterday~ and i am sure that the little squirrel noticed me  watching it~   Both observing each other  ~How very interesting~
  its either somewhat tame or maybe a very young one ~oblivious to danger  thus far~
  I decided to see if i could offer it some *Peanuts  *  which i did ~and it ran up on the railing and sat there  ~ I didnt want to get too close~ for fear of scaring it away permantly or maybe~  if it moved a bit fast i might scare myself  ~*S*
  Finally i went into the den and watched  it    safely from the inside  ~eat the peanut carefully ~shedding the shells  ~ Squirls are so intelligent~I wonder if there is a family around nearby somewhere~ however  ive only seen the one  squirrel~so far~    Watching these little animals   is so interesting ~We are so fortunate to have them around in the back yard  ~Oh we have an apple tree and i was told that they love apples   ~ Hopefully  they can make use of some of them too~
 Id better get busy and get some for my pies   so we can all share them  ~
