Isn't it funny, the things we worry about? Yes, and most of that worry is unnecessary. But still, we worry. Worry about the economy, about the environment, about our family, about our neighbors, about our car. And the list goes on.  Now stop it, just stop it....

I know, not so easy...but yes,  you can do it. Try the KISS Formula. Short for Keep it simple stupid!

It was Jack, back at the time I sold music lessons - who came up with this, wrote it on the blackboard. Kiss!!
And it stayed with me all these years.

Just a matter of simplification. And we do simplify as we get older. Getting down to the common denominator of what is important and what is not. What we are possibly hoarding that can be thrown or given away. We start to shed our daily worries and read less of the bad news and start to look at things that inspire, and there it is, the Kiss formula.

Try it. You are going to like it. What it does - just gives you a new taste of freedom without carrying around all the excess baggage in  your life. In our lives. We need to simplify. We need to put aside. We need to realize how and what the important things are and leave the rest for someone else to worry about.

Kiss. Keep it simple, stupid...
