We all think ~   that when we aren't  feeling well  ~ we need to reach for a pill  like asprin or what have you and lay down  ~ Well this isn't always the case  ~ A lot of   the time    the *feeling under the weather  * just might be ~~   feeling *Depressed and not knowing it ~   
 Now~~ this is where  we have to try to heal ourselves~   by a different method ~  using our mind~ This is called~ healing by the power   of  *Positive  thinking* ~
 This ~~of course doesn't  always happen over night~ or right away quick   ~ Positive   thinking~  is  something  that has to be learned ~ and practiced ~It actually helps us grow ~and changes  everything about and around us ~It changes our health to a feeling of well being ~ But  ~ it is not for everyone ~   naturally~ In some cases  when you offer this advice to some people~  they might laugh or sneer at it ~ or   totally disagree~But it does work.I have seen and heard ~~that it has helped some people~ with serious illnesses~ or even make it easier to cope with it ~
 If nothing else  ~ it helps  you learn *Self Discipline~ and gives you peace in mind  ~I  have never heard of meditation or relaxation  being harmful to anyone  ~ Give it a try~
