Over the years many writers have attempted to write about and try to understand sexuality.  Do this, don't do that. Take this, don't
take that. Try this, don't try that.

We read about the break up of an old gentleman (and I mean old) -
86-that being Mr. Hefner of Playboy fame and one of his many
girl friends, the latest- serious one- being some 25 years old.   But
truth prevailed and a break up followed. Self-explanatory!!!

Well known writers and television personalities continue to tell us
about the latest conquest and the consequences. Yes, my friend,
always consequences. A moment of joy followed by years of agony
and our medical advisors telling us about the various risk of disease and even death. People are told to use condoms, told to
abstain from foolish activity but even some of the educated ones
become the fallen ones.  Some respected folks have gone before
the press trying to both apologize and analyze what happened or
might have happened. Young children are sometimes left crying and alone with both parents deciding to change partners and it
all becomes a mess. For some, a renewal or change, but for the most part, its always about -that famous expression - suffer the
children. And the children do suffer from neglect, lack of love
and trying to grow up and cope with one parent, or suddenly
two dads or two moms and it must be terribly confusing. But some
not only cope, but do well and go on to establish a successful life.

And the culprit for so much of the trouble and confusion, found in that dance of love, so brief, yet destructive enough to change lives.

No, I shall not even begin to tackle the issues of sexuality, for what
ever direction I go, rocks might be thrown and the writer held
hostage for being accused of not knowing, or not understanding.

So I say to you, live and let live. Do not expect miracles from the
experts, who in fact, might not have a clue.

But do remember, somewhere in this confused equation - is love
and love should take you to the places you want to go, just as long
as you understand and accept that those around you will always
consist of those who accept you and those who do not. That is just
the way it is.
