Most people have at one time or another had to do without. Make do. Its so easy these days to pay Peter by borrowing from Paul.
Not only the general public but the Government itself is faced with a
huge dilemma....that being to stop borrowing. But its so easy to say that
and when it comes to practice what you preach...its a different story.
Even up here in Canada, the crazy weather resulting in forest fires,
floods and other disasters has meant a creation of new debt.
Perhaps the best method to raise capital might be to continue along the line of job creation and investment in basic infrastructure. Sidewalks,
roads, bridges, all need restoration and with this plan to restore and
beautify towns and cities you give folks a good feeling about where they live, using individuals in prison a chance to contribute by providing a work force at a reduced wage, putting those persons to work who
may be retired but still employable, even part time. And the list of ideas goes on. Just keep people busy and you will keep them happy and just
maybe down the road if not eliminating debt in idts entirety at least you
make a dent. And thats a start....
Along with that - a plan to make the rich more responsible in the way
of taking a smaller salary, bonus, etc.
What ideas do you have to help reduce debt and move forward?
