I share my room with 3 girls; Pilar, Sian and Katie. We all just went walking in the Himalayan foothills for 2 and half hours. We found a real shed snake skin and brought it back to our room. Our camp house - which we refer to as 'IDEX house' - is nestled in the foothills and the views of the Himalayas are absolutely out of this world. How can a part of the earth reach so high?!

I managed to get a SIM card; it took agessss to work but now it does, and only costs 5 rupees a text to the UK - around 8p - CRAZY!

Starting to get sick of the food so we went to the village of Bandla and stocked up on crisps, chocolate & coke. Way too much chapatti.

Today I taught 2 kids in class 1 - Sahil and Neha. Neha is a very shy girl and doesn't talk so it's hard to know if she understands me or not, but I want to make progress with her.
Now its the weekend and we're free to do whatever we like for the first time in 2 weeks! Can't believe two whole weeks has gone already. Wish I could stay here for longer than 10 weeks.
