When changing your behavior,one must look at the benefits and way them against  the consequences.Change does not happen over night, It's measured in times and choices. Let us take in consideration, when something is practiced long enough it becomes instilled into our everyday living. It is important to understand  "practice makes perfect". one cannot just lift up a violin and play, it must be practiced and taught. First, with anything, we must understand how things operate. To know the body and to understand how we develop brings better knowledge to mastering "The Art of Change.
   By lifting up something and putting into practice,it makes it real.
