There are articles in the U.S. Constitution and standing decisions that support all this. Like, Article 1§10, Freedom to contract, a basic right reserved to the people that a state cannot violate even under sanction or any direct legislative act. Now that is a beautiful thing!
There are many other too, just as a reminder, in support of Article1§10, others like,
"When rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 436, 492
"The claim and exercise of a Constitutional right cannot be converted into a crime." Miller vs. U.S., 230 F. 486, 489
"This distinction, fundamental in character is recognized by all the authorities." State vs. City of Spokane, 186 P. 184.

How am I to change the name at the top of my blog? I have searched the site for that information, without locating it. Please assist.
