When CBC presented their program Marketplace, had cameras hidden to observe cleaning ladies supposedly cleaning rooms, it was positively shocking to see cleaning staff cleaning a sink with a brush just used in a toilet? Perhaps its time for a proper training program for cleaning staff!!!
