I am twenty-seven years old and just love the idea of this website. I am not quite sure how I am going to get involved, but I have come here everyday for the past week and I couldn't resist signing up to see what it is all about. The articles I've read so far have really lifted my spirits and I hope this feeling continues.

Hospital Staff Brings Prom to Girl In Hospital

A teenage girl was still in the hospital as she fought a bout of E. coli when the time her prom came around. She was upset that she wasn't going to be able to make it to her prom so the hospital staff created a makeshift prom for her.

If your goal is to overcome depression, understand that what will make you proud once you reach your happiness destination, is the journey you took to get there. Revel in your journey, expect setbacks, embrace all your emotions and remember that being depressed about being depressed will only make you more depressed. Allow yourself to feel depressed and you will get over it much quicker.
