well= its me - marine70- hi all - I am 64 and walk and run a lot - I have practiced law- ugghhhhh - taught school ( fun ) coached football ( great ) been married for 37 years- live in a small ranch house ( big enuf ) love to cut the grass collect rocks and wood ( for stove ) love just being- just being myself- love reading - and moving around a lot - love living where I live- love just being here now-

I love just being here and now - ONLY - you ? I just discovered what "being" was all about - going slow - focusing on here and now - being in the moment - fabulous - the question is can I do it ????_ LOL sic - darn - here I go again thinking about something else other than the moment - how to do that????? _- focusing on the moment - howhowhowhow>???? thanks for the help - best Marine 70
